Astrology Transit Calculator: Current Planetary Aspects
About the calculation and reflection
Astronomy Engine supplies apparent geocentric tropical longitudes. Major aspects: 0, 60, 90, 120 and 180°. Details stay in this page’s memory. Prompts are contemporary symbolic reflections; they do not predict events or infer another person’s feelings.
How Personal Astrology Transits Are Calculated
A transit comparison places the sky at a selected moment beside your birth sky. Enter the recorded birth date, time and timezone, then choose the comparison moment. Step through dates to see which listed angular relationships change.
The tool compares ten planetary longitudes without houses. It does not produce an event calendar or establish that an event will occur when a line appears. Treat the resulting themes as prompts to reflect on a period you are already living through.
Transit Timing and the Aspect Orb
The list checks 0°, 60°, 90°, 120° and 180° separations within 4° of the exact angle. Moving beyond that window removes an aspect from the list; it is a display rule, not a measured switch in your circumstances.
Astrology Transit Example
If a natal position is 20° and a selected-time position is 112°, their separation is 92°: a square with a 2° difference. A later position of 115° is 5° away from 90° and falls outside this tool’s window. These numbers demonstrate the filter rather than an actual ephemeris sequence.
How to Reflect on a Transit Period
Before exploring dates, write one question and the facts you already know. Afterward, note which interpretation helped and which did not fit. Keep the original wording so a later event does not quietly rewrite what the reading originally suggested.
Birth details and reflection notes in this experience are held in page memory. Copy notes you wish to retain before leaving the page.
